Manitoba Stronger Together Zoom Call – March 18, 2025 | WMR Battle Continues | Manitoba Government Refuses MST | Mark Carney Crisis

In this jam-packed MST Zoom call, we covered three critical topics that every Manitoban—and every Canadian—needs to hear.

1️⃣ Winnipeg Metropolitan Region (WMR) – The Fight is Not Over
We provided members with a crucial update on the ongoing battle against the WMR and Bill 4. Despite some misconceptions, Bill 4 is NOT the win it was marketed as—it is a dangerous shell game that keeps municipalities trapped in the WMR structure.

The fight is far from over, and we need immediate volunteers in ALL 18 municipalities to step up, get informed, and push back. Your voice and action are needed now more than ever to protect local governance and landowner rights in Manitoba.

2️⃣ Manitoba Legislature Denies MST Members Access to Education
For weeks, MST worked with the Office of Community Education at the Manitoba Legislature to organize a two-part educational course for our members on how the Manitoba government operates.

Shockingly, after a lengthy back-and-forth, the Manitoba Legislature has now REFUSED to deliver this course to Manitoba Stronger Together members—a service that every Manitoban funds with their tax dollars. Why is the government shutting out MST? Why is education being denied to citizens based on their affiliations?

This is a blatant denial of access to public services, and it raises serious questions about the state of democracy and fairness in Manitoba.

3️⃣ Mark Carney Installed as Prime Minister Without a Vote?
In the final segment, Ken Drysdale delivers a compelling and eye-opening presentation on the growing constitutional crisis in Canada, presenting and analyzing a letter written by international human rights lawyer Gail Davidson.
The discussion focuses on the shocking rise of Mark Carney, who has been appointed to the role of Prime Minister without ever having been elected to Parliament or receiving a single vote from the Canadian people.

Ken lays out the legal, constitutional, and democratic dangers behind this event—and why Canadians must be alarmed by the growing disregard for the rule of law.

💥 This is a must-watch session for all Manitobans and Canadians concerned about the erosion of democracy, local autonomy, and citizen rights.
📢 WATCH, SHARE, and TAKE ACTION to defend our communities, our rights, and our country’s future.
