London’s Heathrow Airport after the closure from the power station fire

A passenger at London’s Heathrow Airport, usually one of the one of the world’s busiest travel hubs, captured bizarre footage of completely empty halls and terminals after the airport was closed on March 21 following a power outage caused by a fire.

Sarah Comrie, who was due to fly to Finland, can be heard saying “I feel like I’ve been picked up and dropped by aliens,” as she was making her way out of the deserted airport.
