So they actually got the magnet I love it. They got the energy of the magnetism going in there. And hematite is a very good grounding stone. It's like base. Most of the black stones that you'll get, pretty much all of them, will be working with your root chakra. And even though they're all black or dark colors, they do have different energies. Some will overlap like, say, shungite. I believe hematite and black tourmaline are all good for expelling different Radiations like frequencies like RF frequencies and stuff like that. They're also all good for grounding With this particular stone with the magnetism that is put into these it's also very good for your circulation and I think within the magnetism it actually can bring about It can actually enhance healing within the body as well. So I actually have 2 of these guys, and then I got 2 other little hematite ones that I like to put my feet on, and then hold these guys, and then meditate.
