People saying to bring the violence dont realize they're not in power. BIGGS you're looking much better. glad to see that. hope it's not just make up lol! otherwise - keep up the good work. we need to change some particulars though: - NO FOREIGN BORN JUDGES - 3 STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT - ie 3 rulings overturned on appeal. if they can't follow procedure/law to the nail - then they shouldn't be adjudicating it. - NO MORE lawyers "tweeking" laws to a 3rd parties advantage after its passed. if wording needs to be changed - it must go through the legislature - who are the ONLY body w/the authority to make law.   - TERM LIMITS - yeah they can be removed for bad behavior but that's a length process. the judicial commission is a joke - all an inside job done in secret. - JUDGES CAN BE SUED - the "kids for cash" scandal is a perfect example. for 15years complaints were filed agianst those judges TO NO AVAIL! judges have ruined so many americans lives financially and emotionally w/their incorrect and stupid decision. people go broke defending themselves. it will make them think twice about their destructive ways - THE CPS & FOSTER CARE SYSTEM must be overhauled. it operates under guilty until proven innocent - which is anti constitutional. and 96% of foster care kids are on psychotropics. this must end. - THE BANKRUPTCY must be overhauled too. it's an absolute disgrace. the judge and trustee and lawyers swoop in like vultures to see how much they can literally steal.

I disagree with this solution. While Republicans would act judiciously (no pun intended), if this is allowed, if and when Democrats regain control, they would ruthlessly exercise this procedure to take out countless conservative judges nationwide. I think the better solution would be to pressure the Chief Justice to reign these rogue judges in. Of course, we have a RINO in that seat, but if the judges continue this and the courts get clogged, he will start taking the heat. Also, congress should do what Governor DeSantis suggested and pass legislation to limit the jurisdiction of these judges. If these rogue judges ignore these laws, they should defund them.

I think this is just another action by Democrat's that's going to cause more Democrat's to leave the party
