New Home Build Changes In The Villages Florida

New home features have changed in The Villages Florida. Some models don't have the kitchen island and the Lanai's aren't screened in... and where did the golf cart garage door go? Changes in The Villages Florida are expected but can people live without the golf cart garage door? Why wouldn't you screen in the Lanai? The homes in The Villages seem a little pricey to me too, if I compared them to designer homes in Well Point. These changes make existing homes even more attractive in my opinion.

If you are moving to The Villages Florida, make sure you compare apples to apples. The new builds are the lowest car on the lot and you will spend thousands updating them within the first two years.
