We broke down on a dark, deserted road at midnight… then he came out of the woods.

What started as a simple road trip turned into a terrifying encounter with a strange man in corduroy pants—a man who moved unnaturally, stalked us from the trees, and wouldn’t leave. With no phone signal and no way to escape, we were trapped… until he began circling the car.

This is one of the scariest true horror stories I’ve ever experienced, and to this day, I still don’t know who—or what—he was.
