Simple powerful green smoothie with only 3 ingredients.

You can adjust the content to your liking and substitute the green leafs of spinach to any other soft leafy green.

Ingredients:

- Banana (few ripe 3-5 up to you)
- Dates (few 3-5 not more)
- Leafy greens (handful or more to your liking)

Additional instructions:

Add leafs on the bottom as first ingredient in the blender and press them with your hand. Afterwards add bananas and dates and fill water around 1 finger above the leafs that are sitting on the bottom, because that way they will be able to blend and not get stuck.
