India's PM Modi Visits World's Largest Wildlife Rescue Centre 'Vantara' in Gujarat | Anant Ambani | N18L

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited state-of-the-art 'Vantara' — world's largest animal rescue, rehabilitation & conservation centre in Gujarat. Anant Ambani’s passion project Vantara is a 3,500-acre expanse in Gujarat's Jamnagar Refinery Complex. The world's largest animal rescue centre, Vantara is home to over 150,000 rescued animals, including more than 2,000 animals across 43 species. While inaugurating the centre, the PM explored its various facilities and interacted with rehabilitated animals. During his visit, the PM stopped by the state-of-the-art wildlife hospital, which boasts advanced veterinary facilities, including MRI and CT scans, ICUs, and multiple specialised departments like Wildlife Anesthesia, Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. Vantara's mission is to provide a safe haven for endangered and abused animals, with a focus on rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation. The centre has already made a significant impact, rescuing over 500 elephants and various other animals and birds, many of which are critically endangered.
