We can all agree that satan was given dominion after Adams fall right??
Do you think he just sat back on a beach drinking margaritas??

No he was deceiving the people. I don't believe they were cut off from the true God but they were definitely being manipulated there answer to everything was to destroy and kill and steal everything in sight they clam to be against God.

We all need to assess all of our beliefs and see if it aligns with scripture.

Why would God say we could not make any image of anything under the sun or in heaven then instruct Moses to build the ark of the covenant that had to cherubim on it???
God sad to love him with all your heat and love one another that is it of course the commandments were supposed to be a guide but satan and man confounded things to make people fall.
In the quran it says allah wanted to make people fail with their sin he was having a ball. and allah is satan btw.

Acts 7:53

Who have received the law by the disposition of angels,

you who received the Law given through angels, and yet have not obeyed it." For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

Galatians 3:18

The purpose of Good God Ministry is to reveal the true nature of our Father and clear away evil misunderstandings about His character.

You will be set free from the evil Old Testament image of God,
as well as misunderstandings from the New Testament, such as eternal punishment by fire, Ananias & Sapphira, and the Book of Revelations.

You will come to see the goodness of God more clearly, your love for Him will increase dramatically,
and your faith will become much more effective because doubts about Father’s character will be cleared away. Amen!

Problem

The problem we are facing is that the bible is filled with contradictions concerning the true nature of God. In the Old Testament,
we see a wrathful God who was constantly stealing, killing, destroying, bringing forth sicknesses, plagues, and curses.

He continuously performed great atrocities, such as acts of genocide, infanticide (killing babies), warfare, savage repayments of evil for evil, rape of women, mauling to death of children,

burning to death people & animals, drowning of all living creatures, acts of terrorism against Egypt, among countless other evil deeds.

When we turn to the New Testament, however, we see Jesus going around doing good things such as healing the sick, casting out demons,
raising the dead, fulfilling the needs of the people, forgiving rather than punishing,
redeeming us from sin and death, redeeming us from law & curse, etc.

We also see that He never did any of the evil deeds that Yahweh did in the Old

Testament: killing, making sick, bringing curses upon people, putting evil spirits upon people, plagues, punishments, or harm in any way.

Jesus is very much opposite the god of the Old Testament in many regards.

Given that Jesus is the exact representation of Father,
and “if you’ve seen Me,
you’ve seen the Father,” how do we reconcile these two very different portraits of God?
And just when we were thinking that the NT was better than the OT, we get to the Book of Revelations and God seems to be back to the evil Old Testament ways.

What is going on in the Bible and what do we do about it? How can we love a God who is half evil?

How can we trust God for good things when we see Him doing evil things?

How can we believe that He will heal us of sicknesses when we see Him afflicting people with plagues & sickness in the Old Testament?

The major issue that we are facing is the veil over the Old Testament. The Holy Spirit tells us through Paul that when the Old Testament is read – even to this day

– a veil lies upon our hearts. What does that mean? It means that we cannot see God nor Devil clearly in the Old Testament.

God and Devil were mingled together as one character who did both good and evil in the Old Testament.

The Old Testament clearly says that God creates good & evil and light & darkness,
yet the New Testament says that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. How can that be?
It is because of this veil! We cannot see God nor Devil clearly, rather their words & actions are mingled together.

2 Corinthians 3:14-15 NKJV

But their (children of Israel) minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.
(15) But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.

Let’s take a look at one quick example of this veil.

The passages below are both describing the same event, yet the Chronicles account was written 4-500 years later.

In the Samuel account, it says that Yahweh (LORD) was the one who tempted King David to sin,
and then he slaughtered 70,000 innocent people as punishment against David.

In the Chronicles account, it reveals that Satan was the one who tempted David,
and Yahweh was responsible for slaughtering 70,000 innocent people. We actually see the names of Yahweh and Satan being used interchangeably in these passages,
and clearly the deeds of temptation, sickness, and killing of innocents are of the character and nature of the Devil and not of Father God.

The Old Testament is filled with countless examples of evil deeds done in the name Yahweh whom most people believe to be Father God.

Clearly that was not the case in this passage! Father is innocent of all evil –
He is light and in Him is no darkness at all! Amen!

2 Samuel 24:1-15 NKJV

Again the anger of the LORD (Yahweh / Jehovah) was aroused against Israel, and He moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.

(15) So the LORD sent a plague upon Israel from the morning till the appointed time. From Dan to Beersheba seventy thousand men of the people died.

1 Chronicles 21:1-14 NKJV

Now Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel. …
(14) So the LORD sent a plague upon Israel, and seventy thousand men of Israel fell.

Solution

The solution to our problem is to focus upon Jesus to get a true image of Father.
“The law came through Moses. Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” “Jesus is the express image of the Father.”

Jesus said that no one has ever seen, heard, or known God at any time; therefore, one of the key responsibilities that Jesus had was to reveal Father to us. In fact,
the character of God that Jesus revealed was so different from the Old Testament god that most Jews didn’t even recognize Jesus as being from God!

Jesus did not resemble their Old Covenant god of law & curse, plagues, wrath, sickness, sin & death, destruction, violence, temptations, punishments, trials & tribulations, etc.

To establish a true picture of what Father is really like, we need to ask ourselves some questions concerning Jesus,
realizing that He was the true image of the invisible God upon this earth. What sort of deeds did Jesus do? What plain-speech things did He say?

How did He respond to sinners? How did He respond to people that did evil to Him? How did Jesus deal with evil deeds & sayings from the Old Testament?

When we answer these questions, we will have a true & accurate image of Father. Amen!

The conclusion is that we must rightly divide the bible to accept things that align with the character of God that Jesus revealed, and we must reject things that disagree with Jesus’ characterization of Father.

Importantly, we must listen to Jesus who said that no one has ever known Father; therefore, god as revealed in the Old Testament is not the portrait of our Father. We should also realize that the name of God which Jesus revealed to us is “Father”

– He did not declare His name to be Yahweh (aka Jehovah) as most believe. In fact, Jesus said that people will know the true love of God by His name “Father” and all the positive thoughts that align with that.

Matthew 11:27 NKJV All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

John 16:2-3 NKJV They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. (3) And these things they will do to you because they have not known the Father nor Me.

John 17:25-26 NKJV

O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me.

(26) And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.

Deuteronomy 5:22

[22] These words the LORD spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness,
with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.

Psalms 18:11

[11] He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

Psalms 97:2

[2]Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.

Exodus 20:21

[21]And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.

psalms 91 4

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
