Migraine free!30 minutes before,couldn’t walk,talk & hubby had to literally pick up & carry 2 bed!

Seriously was on sofa, wretching and in such pain, shut cognition down and I couldn’t even talk or walk or crawl! Hubby picked me up and layed me down on the bed and did incredible accu pressure on back of skull and neck musc…this shows me 30 minutes later out walking and grounding! And happy! The storms cause intense barometric changes which trigger SEVERE migraines!
