Emergency services attend scene near fire causing Heathrow Airport closure

Emergency services on the scene near a fire at an electricity substation which cut power to Heathrow Airport, causing it to shut down. Heathrow, Europe's busiest airport, is to remain closed until just before midnight on 21 March, causing disruption worldwide to hundreds of flights and thousands of travellers. London fire brigade says the fire is "under control".
