2 Mutton dastiyaan, approximately 4 kg in weight White vinegar, as required 2 tsp salt
Method:

Wash the mutton dastiyaan thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Rub white vinegar on both dastiyan and then sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt on each side of both dastyaan. Rub the meat well for good results and let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Skewer the meat on the roasting rod of an open fire grill. Cook the meat for 10 minutes on high heat using the first rotisserie knot. Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking the meat for 2 hours on the third rotisserie knot. Finally, cook the meat for an additional 30 minutes on direct heat from the walls of the grill for crispiness and a beautiful color. Cut the meat into slices and serve with your favorite side dishes. Timing Cooking: 10 minutes on high heat for the first step 2 hours on medium heat for the third step 30 minutes on direct heat from the walls of the grill for the final step.
