How to design a simple effective logo?

I will design a simple effective logo

After filling a questionnaire about your brand, you'll get a PDF presentation including a research, a conclusion and -at least- 2 logo proposals. You pick your favorite and give me your feedback (there can be changes, of course). I do some final touchups -or the changes requested- and deliver the final version of the logo in its positive and negative version (in various file formats).

If stationery design is due, I start by sending a sample (usually the personal card) and when it's signed off I deliver the rest of the designs.
