Federal Authorities Charge Rollin’ 60s Crips Leader in Racketeering Case

The U.S. Department of Justice has charged Eugene Henley Jr., a longtime leader of the Rollin’ 60s Crips and a self-proclaimed activist, with racketeering crimes under the RICO Act. Henley, also known as “Big U,” allegedly led a criminal enterprise, “Big U Enterprise,” involved in extortion, human trafficking, fraud, and the 2021 murder of an aspiring musician.
