Greetings Town Council

I’m Joe Greiner

I’m a resident and I’m the Outreach Director at St. Luke’s Church here in Los Gatos

In light of the injustice and suffering felt across our country and beyond under this current administration

I want to share with you the potent message of writer, poet, activist Maya Angelou

Whom I think many of you know

“You should be angry

You must not be bitter

Bitterness is like a cancer

It eats upon the host

It doesn’t do anything to the object of its displeasure

So use the anger

You write it

You paint it

You dance it

You march it

You vote it

You talk it

You do everything about it

And you do not stop”
