hi love, this glute workout is designed to help you grow and shape your glutes to achieve that perfect bubble butt. we’re using one dumbbell today to train booty from every angle. ☺️

the workouts:

split squat
split squat (switch)
sumo squat
sumo squat w/pulses
good morning
dumbbell swing
back lunge
kneeling squat
frog pump
glute bridge

and then repeat from the top.

let’s get that bigger and rounder booty! 💞
