Healing My Gut: How I Treated Sibo and Did A Parasite Cleanse

In this video I share an update to my original carnivore series on YT, where I started eating carnivore as an elimination diet to heal my gut. In this video I specifically share how I treated SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) and also how I did a parasite cleanse following Dr Lee Merritt's protocol.

I also share new findings from Dr. Mercola's new book on metabolic health where he debunks eating strict low carb. In his book his research shows how this kind of eating can actually slow your metabolism and harm your thyroid (don't shoot the messenger fellow Carnivores!)

Please note that while I did a fenbendazole parasite cleanse, not that there are many great herbal cleanses out there.
