Ayn Rand the Prophet

Donald Trump loves Ayn Rand. Her views on business and the economy were in line with his ideas. Ayn Rand is a self proclaimed, "Radical Capitalist".
Rand started a movement called objectivism and this movement altered the future. She sold 37 million books and established a cult like movement that echoed of Calvinism, but Calvinism without a conscience.
The pursuit of happiness, self-interest has resulted in a narcissistic epidemic.
Another consequence has been extreme polarization between the left and the right: Donald Trump versus Bernie Sanders (Mark Carney).
This video describes the ideas that have shaped the current situation and argues that while Rand was not a good philosopher, she certainly was a world class prophet.
