(Vegetarian) Vodka Sauce - Pasta

2 tablespoons of garlic, minced
1/2 cup vodka, watch for flareups when adding to hot pan
1 pint heavy whipping cream

One jar, 28 ounces of pasta sauce or
28 ounce can tomato sauce
116 ounce can crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon parsley
