Barbecue Beef Ribs

Similar To Pork Ribs but a Little Larger. Cooking Time is Similar.
Convection oven set to 250. After 1 and 1/2 hrs. Turn Over.
Should be Tender 1 hr and 45 minutes later.
1 1/2 hr Before Serving Place in a 200 Degree Convection Oven for 20 minutes.
If you Boil the Ribs all the Flavor goes into the Water. Same goes with Pork.
