The New Sentencing Guidelines Are INSANE | News That Matters

In April, new sentencing guidelines are proposed to come into effect which will make it less likely for females, individuals who disclose they are transgender, and those part of 'ethnic, cultural and/or faith minorities' to receive a custodial sentence.

Judges will be able to, at their discretion, make decisions based on these factors. Many call this 'Two-Tier', I think it goes beyond that and reflects a much wider systemic issue.
