Saturated fat... the supposed "unhealthy fat" that we're warned not to consume too much of because of its alleged negative effects on health. But what if you could lose not only weight, but also body fat, by eating it to satiety, as the primary source of energy in your diet? No need for precise calorie counting, just eat! Watch as I do just that and show my day by day fat loss results!

The premise is simple: 150g beef, 80g pasta/alfredo sauce, 60g veggies... and unlimited heavy cream/saturated fat to satiety. Here's days 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of my personal attempt to see how much fat I lose in 30 days.

My stack:
- 240-480mg Magnesium Glycinate (Pure Encapsulations) before bed
- 750 IU Vitamin E (IdeaLabs "TocoVit") twice weekly
- 1,027.5mcg T4 (Levoxyl) total per week, daily dose of 137mcg plus another half dose once weekly
