Telangana: On-Duty Constable Killed in Road Accident in Kamareddy
Hyderabad, March 20: A tragic road accident claimed the life of an on-duty constable in Telangana’s Kamareddy district on Thursday. The victim, identified as 38-year-old Ravi, was deployed at the Gandhari Police Station.
Ravi was standing by the roadside with his colleague, constable Subhash, when a speeding car struck him. The impact was so severe that he was thrown into the air, as captured on CCTV footage. While Subhash managed to escape unscathed, Ravi succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
The incident has raised concerns about road safety and reckless driving. Authorities are investigating the case, and further details are awaited.
