Ingredients:
Tortillas:
- Tortillas, cut into triangles
- Vegetable oil or cooking spray
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Sour cream:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Nacho Bowl:
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- veggie minced meat
- 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder, Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup corn kernels (cooked)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Chopped chives
