I don’t have many regrets, but if I had one, it’s how I handled the vitriol online during the Iron Pig review bombing. As a small business owner with two locations in Gaylord, I could’ve managed the situation better.

But when people leave one-star reviews without ever visiting, it’s a reflection of them, not me. I’ve learned a lot from that.
