Strange Ley Line Tentacle Symbology

Here we take a look at a short one kilometre ley line that I have come across in recent times, stretching from the monument in Collette Park, Parramatta, to the All Saints Church, also in Parramatta. Interestingly this alignment is parallel to the church structure, although the church itself is not square to the surrounding streets and sits at an odd angle within the property.
What I find most interesting is that about half way along this ley line we find an apartment building complex, outside of the complex situated at the entrance there is a rather large metal public art installation that, from what I can make of it, resembles three large tentacles forming an arch type portal, if you like.
