Radiation weapons attract to metal & liquids. Understand Microwave Physics

I posted this short video on microwaves to give a better understanding of direct energy weapons that are also microwave radiation. Why are stainless steel appliances, anything metal incinerating but not organics like trees and wood not touching metal?
