Chicken Gyros with Homemade Naan

☆The Recipes☆

-Chicken Marinade-
•1 cup Plain Yogurt •1 Lemon, Juiced •2 TBSP Olive Oil
•2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar •3 Garlic Cloves, minced
•1 TBSP Oregano •1 tsp Paprika •1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander •Salt and Pepper to taste
•1½ pounds Chicken •Cayenne Pepper (optional)
☆Marinate chicken over night for best results☆

-Tzatziki Sauce-
•1 Cucumber, peeled and grated •2 Garlice Cloves, minced
•¼ Cup Olive Oil •2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
•1-2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar •Pinch of Salt and Pepper

-Naan Bread-
•1 tsp Sugar •½ Cup Water •2¼ tsp Yeast
•2¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour •½ Cup Plain Yogurt
•1 tsp Salt •1 TBSP Olive Oil
