Is the Rapture in the Bible?

Matthew 24 is often quoted out of context to teach or preach about the idea of a Rapture. But Matthew 24 is a Parallel passage to Luke 17 where it is made clear that the ones who are taken are going to judgment. Where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather. That does not sound like Heaven, does it?
