Picking a counselor for the school system I am working on 1 of 2

I made two vids on this picking a counselor subject. I was going to pick the one I liked best but found that although both vids are similar, I figured I would post both if someone wanted a different presentation. Maily because both vids are not perfect but two may help create a sound understanding. Kind of like having two bad eyes are better than having only one bad eye to look around with.
