Meetup details by Flat Earth Awakening WATER CONVEXITY EXPERIMENT...TAKE TWO!!! We had SO MUCH FUN testing the globe in July, we're doing it again! :) Hopefully the cooler weather will yield better results..... Come and join us again at Lake Pueblo State Park for another weekend of fun, sun, and experiments! We will have the same awesome campsites reserved as last time (Sites 176, 178 and 179) on Juniper Breaks Loop that can fit 6 people each, so if you would like to secure your spot as one of the 18 campers with the group, please RSVP ASAP. 2 Vehicles and 2 Tents per site only. (There is additional parking close to the site.) If you plan on joining the group, a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged to help cover the cost of the campground ($144 for 3 sites, 2 days!) Otherwise, you can reserve your own spot anywhere you wish of course :) If you don't want to camp, you can also come hang out during the day. A parks pass is required for all vehicles. Bring you swimsuits (maybe?), fishing poles, and/or discs to throw at the nearby Award-winning City Park Disc Golf Course. Bring your own food, beverage, and all the gear you will need to camp, like sleeping bag, tent, camp chairs, etc. If you would like to come, but are short on gear, let me know. I may be able to assist you. You won't want to miss this weekend!!! (The last one was a blast!) See you there!
