Drake, the Canadian rapper launched pre-litigation action against Universal Music Group, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and others based on allegations that the companies conspired to push Kendrick Lamar's song "Not Like Us" by manipulating the streaming views and other things to inflate popularity of Lamar's song at the expense of Drake's musical works.

In response, Kendrick and UMG records have dropped an interesting Motion to Dismiss, that's pretty spicy.
