Oh, here we go again—another example of the government screwing over the working class while pretending to help. You bust your ass working extra shifts, thinking you'll finally get ahead, only to find out you're actually making less money because of taxes and lost benefits. What kind of backwards system punishes people for working harder? The so-called "poverty trap" is nothing but a government-made cage, designed to keep people dependent while they claim they're lifting them up. And don’t get me started on politicians—they slap together a Frankenstein's monster of tax and welfare policies, then act clueless when it backfires. They either don’t understand, don’t care, or both! Want a real solution? Cut taxes for low-income workers, stop stealing from their paychecks, and taper welfare properly so people aren’t financially punished for getting ahead. But no, that would take actual reform—so instead, they break your legs, hand you a crutch, and call themselves saviors.
