Molto Mario is back, and he's making homemade ricotta calzones. I love ricotta cheese. I remember loving those white pizza's Jerry's Subs and Pizza had. It's hard to find a good white pizza, most places either skip the ricotta or think every slice should have at least six cloves of garlic. Anyway, Molto wouldn't over-garlic a ricotta based dish. Once again I have to say I prefer the previous season of Molto Mario that left out the studio audience. I hope you enjoy this lost 90s cooking show. There's more to come all March long. And also, probably after march too as it's taking me a while to clean up these files. The last bit was not recorded and the tape ended abruptly.
