Hidden Gem in the Poconos: Sango Kura's Sake & Izakaya Feast

Sango Kura is Pennsylvania’s first and only sake brewery, offering handcrafted noodle dishes, appetizers, rice dishes, and of course, our own craft sake. We are also now offering our own in-house brewed craft beer!

Our food menu consists of classic izakaya pub dishes from Japan. This means savory, carby, simple, but full of umami.

We currently offer 8 house sake varieties, including our smooth and refreshing Junmai Gingo, our earthy Taruzaki Cedar, and our fruity and floral Dry-Hopped sake.
