Fiber supplement that are easier on kidney CKD disease - for Empty Nose Syndrome ENS persons as well

Another product from Walmart - "Equate Fiber Laxative unflavoured original texture" appears to be even easier on kidney.
These fibers appear to be easier on my kidneys (cause less excessive urine). The Equate brand is also adding silica to the ingredients list.
