Presentation and discussion following the screening of Guatemala: 10 Years of Revolution a film that uses archival footage to document the 1944 Revolution in Guatemala leading to the social democratic government of Arbenz that was brought down by an American coup. A Guatemalan Professor, Journalist and immigrant rights activist accompanied by a Guatemalan member of Socialist Action that is also a journalist and Indigenous rights activist speak about the events surrounding the Revolution and the state of the country today.
