Navajo was born of a mom abandoned in an ancient Indian village.

Turquoise was a German Shepherd who was abandoned in the desert at an ancient Indian village, with her sister, Opal. Both were pregnant. Opal had her puppies six-weeks ahead of Turquoise. After their rescue, unlike his cousins, Navajo and his siblings were born in the safety of our hospital. From the first few minutes of their lives, these puppies knew only love from our caring staff. They were held constantly.
