Supreme Court weighs the legality of the nation’s first religious charter school

Jim Campbell, chief legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, will argue in front of the Supreme Court next month on behalf of the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board, which sought to make St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School the nation’s first religious charter school.
