Bio:
Keshav is a full time real estate investor and the principal and founder of Clive Capital, a private equity firm based out of New York City. Since founding Clive Capital, Keshav has helped investors allocate capital to four properties with a combined asset value of more than $40M with a projected growth to $178M over the next 5 years. That portfolio spans 300 apartments under renovation and
500+ homes under construction across 3 markets.

In addition to his experience as an investor, Keshav is also the host of the Investing for Generational Wealth Podcast which helps investors understand the many opportunities available through alternative investments outside of traditional stocks and bonds, including commercial real estate, energy, private lending, and investing in businesses.

Previous to founding Clive Capital, Keshav was a software engineer
working at top tech companies like Amazon and Facebook.
