Easy and quick cheesy vegetable sandwich recipe!
I love grilled cheese sandwiches and this vegetable cheese mayo sandwich is also really tasty

❖ Ingredients
4 slices of bread
butter(softened)
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp capsicum
2 tbsp red bell pepper
2 tbsp sweet corn
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
shredded mozzarella cheese

❖ Tips
1. You can substitute any other vegetable you want
2. Let the butter at room temperature before use to soften it
3. I highly recommend using cheese, but you can skip the mozzarella cheese or use gouda cheese
