T-Mobile is Actively Working on LOSING Customers! | Service Increases for Loyal Customers Only?!?!

T-Mobile recently sent out a text message to their customers saying that they were going to increase plans by $5.... PER LINE! They also were planning on doing this ONLY to people who have been with the company for some time.

This os such a bull shit move. The plans are already expensive enough and now they think they need MORE??? On top of that, MANY of these long time customers have actually been grandfathered in from previous companies that T-Mobile bought out (such as myself: I am from Sprint).

This is DEFINITELY not a good look to attract new customers or keep your current ones. This is a VERY dumb business plan.

You may also think "It'S oNlY $5". On the surface, true. But when you stop to break it down, that adds up, ESPECIALLY of you have a family plan with lets say 4 people on it. That's $20/month more, or $240 more a year!! IT ADDS UP!
