These judges are created and empowered by regular legislation - who could not give them the authority that these judges are exercising. Legislation can also limit their authority should they choose to modify their legal basis.

This is the same thing that happened in Brazil..The supreme Court of Brazil overstepped its role ....

I don't think an attempted impeachment will stop these judges..They are fighting for their lives..They know Trump is exposing all their crimes, and the also know the end is near ...These people won't be able to walk down the street...The time has come for all their crimes to be exposed..Why do you think they are doing such obvious oversteps..They are panicking.. Roberts is basically saying that these judges can block the executive from doing whatever they don't like and the only check on this ability is a process that they control and administer at a time of their convenience.

Mike, this is not about lawfare, misusing and abusing the legal system to attack Trump. This is a much deeper and more cynical purpose that you need to give attention to. These criminals were brought into the country for the purpose of being a part of a violent group that will work to overthrow the government as members of Obama's army. These judges are assigned high level officers in Obama's army and are going all out to keep the terrorists, criminals in the country for the coming internal war. Stop with the lawfare focus. This is about the country surviving a manufactured violent coup against the people's government.

The talk of impeachment is just a waste of time. Republicans need a super majority in the senate and they will likely lose 3 RINOS. And I doubt the House republicans have the guts to impeach.

If the "process is the punishment," then you're just piddling in the wind, with legal "consequences" practically nil. Instead, impeachment should be bypassed proceeding straight to TREASON, whereas an invasion has already been declared by the President; and punishment is a firing squad.
