BEING JOYOUSLY DRESSED IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

Isaiah 61:10 New King James Version
10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, My soul shall be joyful in my God;
For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments,
And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAREST FRIENDS!!!
I have to say guys, the story in this morning’s devotional got me to thinking about the spiritual clothing that I wear, more than my physical clothing. You see, I know it’s important to make sure that I am dressed to honor God, but I’ve learned that I can do so even in a pair of slacks or shorts. But most of all, I've learned to realize that it’s not just about physical appearance, but my spiritual clothing that I wear, and to make sure that my spiritual clothing doesn't become affected by the things of this world. That I want to clothe myself in compassion, kindness, and patience as Colossians 3:12 states, so that others see Christ Jesus in me.

I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional are so incredibly challenging as well as encouraging to my heart, and I had to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them and motivate you in this area.

How does God’s Spirit help you “dress” in compassion, kindness, and patience?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me out of this morning’s scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you helps you to see how important it is to be joyously clothed in the righteousness of God. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to challenge you with something that I have said in a lot of vlogs on this issue before, and I pray that you listen. That is this. Choose to clothe yourselves in the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus every day. Remember an act on what Colossians 3:12 states on how important it is to clothe ourselves in Christ Jesus, to be addressed by the Holy Spirit, but make sure that you’re reflecting Jesus Christ in everything that you say and do. What I mean in this is that we choose to dress ourselves in compassion, kindness, and patience, not knowing the worldly values, influences, of this world to cover us, but clothing ourselves in Christ Jesus, so that we truly reflect His love to this world.
