Bacon Brat Poppers!

First run on this Appetizer! Bacon Bratwurst Poppers.
Easy to do:
I smoked a few brats, and sliced into gems. These are your base.
Wrap the gems with bacon and use a toothpick to hold in place, forming your cup.
Fill cups with cream cheese, jalapenos, Ringing Rock Rib Rub.
Back into the smoker until bacon is cooked.
Super rich, meaty, and flavorful!
