Ghee – 1 tbl spoon

Tomato – 5
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – 1½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Biryani masala – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Curd – 3 tbl spoon
Water – 3 cups

Potato Pal Curry (Ingredients)

Grated coconut – 5 tbl spoon
Cashews – 10
Fennel seeds – ¾ teaspoon
Poppy seeds (Kasa kasa) – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli – 1
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cloves – 3
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 2
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbl spoon
Tomato – 1 (small size)
Fresh Green peas – 50 grams
Boiled potato – 2
