Oklahoma City Bombing News Reports: Unexploded bombs found in the Murrah building!

Early news reports reported of unexploded bombs found INSIDE the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, and news footage even showed bomb-truck arriving at the scene.

This is clearly contradicting the official version of the OKC bombing, which states that the explosion was caused by truck bomb by Timothy McVeigh.
..so who placed the bombs inside the building, and why the cover up?!

There are some theories that Timothy McVeigh actually was working as an undercover agent for some US agency, and was set up to get blamed for the bombing which was orchestrated by rogue-agents within the US security apparatus.
