חסימת כביש הינה עבירה פלילית בישראל שדינה 3 שנות מאסר. בזמן ההתנתקות ילדות בנות 13 נשלחו לחצי שנה למעצר ונפתחו בתי מאסר מיוחדים לעשרות אלפי אנשים בשביל כל המפגינים כנגד ההתנתקות שניסו לחסום כבישים לדקה וחצי. הוגשו אלפי כתבי אישום ונגזר עונש מאסר על רבים מהם. בשנתיים האחרונות לא הוגש אפילו כתב אישום אחד על חסימת כביש, אפילו כאשר אחת מהחסימות הללו בכביש 1 הובילה להרג של 2 עובדי מעצ שנהרגו מפגיעת רכב בעת שפינו את הבלגן בכביש שהשאירו אחריהם הקפלניסטים.
