It's utter mockery with an underlying warning. The Kegs for Pregs makes me think of Dregs. Throughout the Word of God; 'dregs’ in the Bible symbolizes divine judgment, suffering, and retribution for defiance against God’s laws. Taking "the mark" is that ultimate defiance!
