It's utter mockery with an underlying warning. The Kegs for Pregs makes me think of Dregs. Throughout the Word of God; 'dregs’ in the Bible symbolizes divine judgment, suffering, and retribution for defiance against God’s laws. Taking "the mark" is that ultimate defiance! His judgement will be upon the wicked. How it truly plays out, none of us fully know.
